Terms of use and privacy policy of the NEGOTIATION EXCELLENCE application from WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL

1. Subject

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the NEGOTIATION EXCELLENCE mobile application (hereinafter, “NEGOAPP”, or “the app”, available on Android and iOS, published by WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, or “the publisher”).


2. Acceptance of T&Cs

By downloading and using our application, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the application.


3. Services provided

The NEGOAPP is a web mobile app to teach the basic and advanced techniques of negotiation.


4. Access to the application

The first three chapters of this course are free for everyone. Access to the following chapters is reserved for customers who have paid for the application. Users are solely responsible for purchasing the hardware and telecommunication services required to access the application.


5. Creating an account

When creating an account, the user undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date information, and to update it as necessary. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her login details and the use of his/her account.


6. Use of the application

The user undertakes to use the application in compliance with the laws and regulations in force and not to:

Usurp the identity of third parties,

Distribute illegal, defamatory or prejudicial content,

Alter the operation of the application or introduce computer viruses.


7. Intellectual property rights

All the contents of the application, including texts, images, logos, icons, sounds and software, are protected by intellectual property rights. They are respectively the exclusive property of WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL. Any reproduction, distribution or modification is forbidden without the prior authorization of the publisher.


8. Protection of personal data


Data collected

WWIDER collects only the information necessary to use the application and to improve exchanges between brands, their distributors and the sales representatives of these distributors.

The data collected includes :

  • Name, first name and email of users.
  • Password for user login with each brand.

Use of data

The only data collected is the user's first name, email address, and password, which are used to grant them access to the application if they have paid for access to all chapters.

Data will never be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.


Data sharing

Your data is only accessible to you and WWINDER Sales Consulting.

WWINDER Sales Consulting Sàrl undertakes never to share, sell or disclose your data to unauthorized third parties.


Data security

WWINDER Sales Consulting implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against :

  • Unauthorized access.
  • Accidental loss.
  • Unauthorized modification or disclosure.

Data retention

WWINDER Sales Consulting Sàrl retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy.


Your rights

10. Modification of the GCU

We reserve the right to modify these GCU at any time. Any changes will be published in the application and will take effect immediately. We recommend that you consult this page regularly.


11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GCU are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
